I visited Peller Estates for their icewine experience, and I wasn’t disappointed. They served two different kinds of icewine, followed by large marshmallows which were also infused with icewine. The icewine was fantastic – I particularly enjoyed their Vidal, which was their sweetest offering. After the wine, we were able to roast marshmallows over an open fire. The marshmallow was messy, but was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted. Peller Estates will be holding this event again on January 28th and 29th, and this will be the last weekend until next year. For more information, click here
